As an Associate Developer focused on Athlete Apparel, you will use your knowledge of product development and processes to execute and own the development lifecycle for assigned athlete styles and special projects from design handoff through kit delivery. You are the primary development contact for the athletes you manage and serve as the day-to-day link between sports marketing, design, merchandising, technical design and our factory partners. It is essential that all communication is accurate, complete, timely, and professional. Therefore, we entrust you to develop quality, on-time products that are a reflection of Vuori’s aesthetics and ethos. What you'll get to do: Own execution of the development process for assigned athletes and styles, from concept through delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time. Serve as the primary day‑to‑day development contact for vendors for assigned athlete projects, driving clear communication, accountability, and alignment to calendar, cost, and product expectations. Support development WIP and time & action calendars for assigned athletes, ensuring vendors are submitting accurate and timely updates; proactively follow up on status and risks, and reporting to Own ordering for assigned styles, ensuring all development requirements—including costing, testing, approvals, and documentation—are compl
