The Associate Director, Growth Acquisition & Engagement is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of mail order pharmacy enrollment, retention, and utilization initiatives. This role owns end-to-end growth outcomes across inbound and outbound contact center channels, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, high-converting, omni-channel member experience that drives pharmacy growth, engagement, and long-term member value. The Associate Director serves as the primary business leader for acquisition and retention performance, leveraging data-driven insights, member journey optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable business results The Associate Director develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.
