POSITION OVERVIEW : Disc Medicine is hiring an AD of IT Infrastructure and Security due to the rapid growth of the company’s portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, this position will be responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing operations of the company’s enterprise IT infrastructure and security including the Microsoft 365 environment, Amazon Web Services, website infrastructure and other cloud platforms. Working with our MSPs this individual will drive modernization initiatives, and ensure the reliability, security and compliance of all infrastructure services in alignment with pharmaceutical industry standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee Disc Medicine’s Microsoft 365 environment including IAM, Intune, MS Defender and Purview. Ensure secure endpoint configuration and management in collaboration with MSP and Security Operations Center, including corporate devices and BYOD program. Ensure Disc Medicine’s infrastructure and cloud computing environments are properly architected and scaled to support growth.
