Reporting to the Director, Field Excellence & Market Access Analytics, this role serves as the analytics thought partner for payer, channel, and patient access performance across Sobi’s product portfolio. This position is responsible for translating complex access, channel, and patient journey data into actionable insights that enable decision-making by market access leaders and field-based teams. The Associate Director will guide development of market access KPIs, lead analytics initiatives across core access domains, and ensure delivery of executive-ready insights through standardized reporting, dashboards, and business reviews.
