Position Title: Associate Director, Medical Communications Reporting to the Director, Medical Communications. Responsible for leading the development of scientific content that empowers clinical decision-making and responsible for supporting strategic operational initiatives of the Medical Affairs function. Preferred Location: Remote – US Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Direct Esperion Medical Information – including providing direction to the Med Info contact center vendor, guidance to escalated cases, and support development of medical related materials [e.g., Standard Response Documents (SRDs), Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), slide decks, etc.]Maintain digital medical platforms related to Medical Information and Medical Materials [e.g. Veeva Medical, Veeva CRM, Tableau, etc] Responsible for developing and maintaining the SOPs relating to Medical Information and scientific exchange between Medical Affairs Colleagues and healthcare providers. Analyze medical information trends and communicate key aspects and possible business impacts with internal team members. Directs the coordination of meetings and discussions of cross-functional teams to develop a data education strategy and ensure all stakeholders are involved in the medical/scientific resource creation process.
