About the Role We're building a game unlike anything else on the market. One that blends multiple gameplay layers into a fresh, deeply engaging experience for a broad casual audience. The creative foundation is strong. Now we need someone who can turn that innovation into a thriving business. As Associate Director of Product , you'll own the product direction end-to-end: the game economy, live operations, monetization strategy, and the critical decisions that take us from soft launch validation to global launch and scale. This is a hands-on IC role with outsized strategic impact: you won't manage a team on day one, but you'll shape the business, influence every department that touches the game, and build toward a people-leadership track as we grow. This isn't a role for someone who wants a playbook.
