Associate Events Social & Influencer Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW: Society 18 is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Associate of Events, Social & Influencer Marketing to support the agency's creator partnerships, experiential marketing initiatives, social media presence, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing ideas to life, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about influencer marketing, social media, events, and creator culture. The Associate will work cross-functionally across events, social media, talent, partnerships, and operations while helping execute high-impact campaigns and experiences for creators and brand partners. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Marketing & Content Creation Manage day-to-day content planning for Society 18's Instagram and LinkedIn channels. Develop monthly content calendars aligned with agency campaigns, partnerships, creator announcements, and events. Write engaging social media copy, captions, and assist with music selection for short-form content. Design graphics in Canva, including creator announcements, milestone graphics, birthday posts, event promotions, partnership assets, and press announcements. Film and edit Instagram Reels, creator spotlights, event recap videos, and partnership content using CapCut. Maintain Instagram feed planning and overall visual consistency. Schedule and publish content across social media platforms. Publish Instagram Stories daily. Engage with creators, brand partners, and community members through comments and direct messages. Maintain creator posting trackers to ensure balanced representation across agency channels. Develop quarterly newsletters and email marketing campaigns in Flodesk. Create LinkedIn content highlighting agency partnerships, company milestones, leadership updates, and industry news. Build and maintain creator pages on the Society 18 website. Update creator biographies, follower counts, categories, and roster information as
