Job Summary The Associate General Counsel, Employment serves as a strategic legal advisor and key member of the Legal Department, providing comprehensive legal guidance and business counsel on a wide variety of labor and employment matters. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to manage legal risk, support organizational objectives, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The incumbent navigates the complex intersection of federal/state employment statutes and the unique regulatory frameworks governing Medicaid-funded home and community-based services (HCBS). This position will directly advise executive leadership and HR teams on workforce management, compliance, and risk mitigation for both corporate staff and, in some programs, a caregiver.
