Overview As Associate General Counsel, Americas, you will report to Rithum’s General Counsel, with direction from the Deputy General Counsel and other members of the Legal team. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the business, supporting commercial transactions, employment matters, corporate governance, data privacy, commercial bankruptcy and compliance activities throughout the Americas region, and assist in other jurisdictions outside of the Americas where appropriate. You bring significant experience negotiating complex technology agreements, advising on a wide array of employment law matters, and delivering practical, business-oriented legal counsel. You operate with sound judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to independently navigate complex legal and business issues in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Commercial Transactions & Business Partnership Negotiate, draft, review, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, technology and licensing agreements, strategic partnership agreements, procurement contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other business-critical documents.
