Job Summary Role Purpose The Associate Instructional Designer develops engaging and effective training programs focused on Candescent software applications and tools to be used by Candescent employees and customers. This role involves designing instructional content that supports learners in mastering technical processes and systems. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while producing high-quality instructional content. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables What you will be responsible for and what you will do Create and deliver on-demand and live virtual training that simplifies complex software concepts into clear, user-friendly learning experiences Manage the onboarding program for Candescent ’s Client Care team, including delivering live virtual sessions and coordinating with Care managers Create and deliver on-demand and live webinars on soft skills essential for Client Care’s success Design and develop in a variety of formats: mainly self-paced on demand courses, videos and job aids, but occasionally live webinars; record courses and videos Develop assessment tools (e.g. tests) to evaluate participant comprehension Over the course of a project, the instructiona
