Working closely with senior Instructors and the broader Education team, the Associate Instructor learns the tools, platforms, and product knowledge needed to contribute effectively to training delivery while building proficiency in learner engagement and curriculum support. This role is designed to develop individuals toward the instructor role and, longer term, into Senior Instructor positions based on capability growth and performance.</p> <p>What You’ll Do</p> <p><strong>Training Delivery Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Shadow and co-teach courses with more experienced Instructors, progressively taking on greater delivery responsibility as proficiency develops.</li> <li>Support the delivery of training to customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of Senior Instructors.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Learner Engagement Feedback</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in assessing individual and group training needs for assigned courses.</li> <li>Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to support continuous improvement of training content and delivery.</li> <li>Build working relationships with learners and stakeholders by providing reliable, professional support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Learning Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Actively build knowledge of BeyondTrust software product
