ASSOCIATE LAWYER - CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer – Corporate & Commercial to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a bright and ambitious lawyer with a solid foundation in Corporate and Commercial law, looking to further develop their career within a dynamic legal environment. The selected candidate will be exposed to a wide range of corporate transactions and commercial matters, while also benefiting from close mentorship and hands-on experience across multiple legal areas. This position offers a unique opportunity with greater involvement in shadowing a Founding Partner and working across a broader range of legal areas. It is particularly suited for individuals eager to learn from a highly established and recognized lawyer within the emerging tech and gaming sector. Responsibilities: Provide legal and business advisory services to clients in line with high professional standards Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements and documentation Support corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures Liaise with clients on corporate, commercial, and cross-border matters Assist in managing client matters, deadlines, and follow-up actions Key Requirements : Degree in Law Minimum of 2 years' experience in Corporate and Commercial law or related area Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Originally posted on Himalayas
