Associate Principal Engineer, Agile Coaching

REQUIREMENTS: • Total experience: 8+ years. • Strong experience as an Agile Coach, Delivery Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Lead in enterprise Agile environments. • Must-have expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe Agile frameworks. • Hands-on experience coaching multiple Agile squads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams. • Strong experience driving Agile transformation, improving Agile maturity, and enabling enterprise-wide Agile adoption. • Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, Agile workshops, and team coaching sessions. • Strong experience with backlog management, release planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance. • Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps for Agile delivery management and reporting. • Experience tracking Agile metrics including Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, and Delivery Predictability. • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in Retail or Product Engineering organizations is preferred. • Agile certifications such as SAFe/SPC, ICAgile (ICP-ACC), CSM, or PSM are highly preferred.
