Associate Principal Engineer, ERP Dynamics Functional (Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV)

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 10+ years Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, integrations, and support. Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance and Supply Chain modules. Proven experience delivering at least 2 full project lifecycle implementations as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect. Strong experience in client-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 Business Central configurations. Experience with system setup, configuration, data migration, and integration capabilities in Dynamics NAV/Business Central. Ability to evaluate and utilize the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central functional features to deliver optimized solutions. Strong requirements analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical business solutions. Experience working with both onshore/offshore teams and third-party implementation partners. Global implementation experience is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to travel based on project requirements. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is preferred.
