Associate Principal Engineer, ERP Dynamics Techno-Functional (Dynamics 365 Business Central)

REQUIREMENTS: Total Experience 10+ Years Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with consulting and implementation. Strong experience delivering end-to-end implementations, upgrades, enhancements, support, and optimization projects. Proven experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant, Lead Consultant, or Solution Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central projects. Strong functional expertise across one or more Business Central modules: Finance & Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Sales & Distribution, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Jobs / Project Management, Manufacturing (Preferred) Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.\ Strong technical understanding of AL Development & Extensions, C/AL, APIs and Web Services, Business Central Integrations, Data Migration and Configuration Packages, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Power BI (Preferred), Copilot Studio Hands-on experience with Business Central Cloud implementations and NAV to Business Central upgrade projects. Experience working with integrations involving Microsoft 365, Azure Services, and third-party applications is preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent client-facing consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with global clients, distributed delivery team
