Associate Product Manager, MarTech

In this role, you will support the analysis of MarTech business problems, help document requirements, and assist with the day-to-day operation and optimization of marketing technology platforms and processes with a focus on customer retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing. You will also support store activation initiatives, including in-store events, pop-up experiences, and brand activations, helping connect the MarTech ecosystem to physical retail moments. You will work under the direction of senior team members and product managers to deliver requirements and assist with the rollout of MarTech features that align with business goals. Help document functional and technical specifications to support the design and implementation of MarTech solutions, including loyalty, CRM, lifecycle messaging, personalization initiatives, and store activation tooling for events and pop-ups. Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders, including retention and lifecycle marketing leaders, loyalty program owners, retail marketing and store events teams, product managers, UI/UX designers/researchers, and development teams, to help gather and document feature/project requirements for MarTech tools an
