Associate Product Manager, Retail & Omni Applications

In this role, you will analyze retail technology business problems, define requirements, and support the optimization of in-store technology platforms and processes, with a focus on Point of Sale, RFID, and omni-inventory management. You will support the rollout, enhancement, and ongoing operation of the retail applications that power store associates, fulfillment, and inventory accuracy across the fleet. You will take on aspects of product ownership for retail applications, prioritizing features alongside senior team members, and ensuring alignment with retail operations and business goals. What you'll get to do: Business Analysis Conduct analysis of retail technology business processes, systems, and requirements with an emphasis on POS workflows, RFID-enabled inventory accuracy, and store-level inventory management. Develop functional and technical specifications to support the design and implementation of retail applications solutions, including POS enhancements, RFID pilot and rollout capabilities, cycle counts, receiving, transfers, and ship-from-store fulfillment. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with stakeholders, including retail operations leaders, store managers, inventory planning, loss prevention, omni-channel fulfillment, product managers, UI/UX designers, and engineering teams, to gather and document feature/project requirements for retail applications and initiatives.
