We're looking for an experienced Architectural Project Leader or Associate to play a key role in supporting the design quality and successful delivery of some of Queensland's most significant projects. Working alongside project and sector leaders, you'll contribute across a portfolio of complex health and civil infrastructure projects, helping teams navigate challenging design, technical and coordination issues while ensuring design intent is maintained through delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing clarity to difficult project situations, and helping project teams achieve high-quality outcomes. You'll work across multiple projects rather than being tied to a single commission, providing guidance, mentoring and technical leadership where it matters most.
