In this remote, early-career role, you will provide coordination and program-office support for Parsons’ execution of the FAA’s Brand New Air Traffic Control System. You will work closely with program leadership, project managers, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and other functional organizations to support staffing, hiring, onboarding, reporting, project coordination, and other program initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional interested in developing project management and program operations skills. The successful candidate will be expected to learn quickly, take ownership of assigned tasks, communicate effectively, solve problems, and progressively assume greater responsibility. T5 Program Summary: The Federal Aviation Administration awarded the Technical Support Services Contract 5, T5, to Parsons in April 2023. Parsons is the prime contractor. This $1.8+ billion contract has a 4-year base period with two 3-year options. The statement of work supports the FAA’s Capital Investment Plan, reimbursable programs, FAA modernization initiatives, national security programs, and aviation safety. Work includes engineering, construction, environmental and fire/life safety, equipment installation and testing, drafting, contract surveillance, and other technical services across the National Airspace System.
