Associate Staff Engineer, Workday HCM Functional Consultant

REQUIREMENTS: Total experience 4+ years Hands-on experience in Workday HCM configuration, including Talent and Performance. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting capabilities. Experience in functional solutioning, gathering business requirements, and translating them into Workday configurations. Experience in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, or Integration Testing. Familiarity with change management and user training strategies Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously using Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex functional and system-related issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users. Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and process improvement.
