Our Operations team provides mission-critical support to our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. The Associate Technical Program Manager (ATPM) will drive the execution of business system initiatives, balancing project management rigor—such as requirements gathering, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication—with hands-on tactic al support of the Salesforce environment and related systems. This is a fast-paced role ideal for a detail-oriented problem solver who is ready to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Responsibilities: Program Management: Partner with business stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance) to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points) for new initiatives. Support the execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks, managing immediate blockers, and providing regular status updates to ensure timely delivery.
