This role is responsible for investigating and handling auto claims, determining liability, evaluating damages, managing total loss claims, negotiating settlements, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the claims process. The ideal candidate will possess strong claims handling expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to efficiently manage claims while ensuring fair and accurate settlements in accordance with company standards and client expectations. Primary Responsibilities Claims Management Investigate and manage personal and commercial auto claims from assignment through resolution. Complete recorded statements with insureds, claimants, and witnesses as needed. Obtain and review police reports, accident reports, and supporting documentation. Determine liability based on facts, evidence, applicable laws, and policy coverage. Analyze damages, liability, coverage, and claim exposure. Establish and maintain appropriate claim reserves. Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements within designated authority levels. Ensure timely and accurate claim resolution in accordance with client expectations and company standards. Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities when appropriate. Communicate with claimants, insureds, attorneys, repair facilities, and other stakeholders throug
