Role and Team Reporting to the Office Manager, Commercial Accounts Manager, or other designated manager, the Title Administrator reviews and processes automotive titles through the auction process in a customer-facing environment. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact to onsite visitors who enter the front office, including internal and external customers and vendors, and third-party visitors. Direct or guide visitors as appropriate. Assist customers at the front counter, primarily to support title needs, but may provide general customer service as needed. Accept, review, and analyze titles for accuracy and completeness. Identify corrections or additional documentation required for title processes. Apply strong knowledge of local state Department of Motor Vehicle rules, regulations, and fee structures for automotive buyers and sellers, including lien sale and out-of-state or country requirements.
