Program Overview This automotive OEM technical training program develops, standardizes, and delivers high-quality learning content for dealership technicians and shop foremen. The program translates complex vehicle systems, diagnostics, and emerging technologies into practical instructor-led, virtual, self-study, and web-based learning experiences. Learning solutions emphasize hands-on application, technical accuracy, interactive design, and continuous improvement through close collaboration with technical trainers, academy leaders, and subject-matter experts. Position Summary The Automotive Technical Training Curriculum Developer is a senior instructional designer who designs, develops, updates, and supports technical learning solutions for an automotive OEM. The role creates instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training, self-study programs, web-based training, launch training, technical graphics, video, assessments, and supporting digital assets. The developer partners with curriculum designers, technical instructors, subject-matter experts, product support, publications, information technology, and other stakeholders to convert technical information into engaging, learner-centered training for dealership technicians and shop foremen. This position combines instructional-design capability with hands-on automotive technical expertise. T
