What You’ll Do: As the AV Systems & Automation Engineer, you will oversee AV and collaboration platforms to provide a seamless experience for our teams. You will coordinate systems such as Logitech Sync, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management, and Zoom, ensuring smooth performance and effortless integration. You will record standards for room system setup, monitoring, and reporting, collaborating with AV, IT, and Facilities. Through this, you will contribute to delivering world-class AV operations! Build Operational Foundations You will produce and keep up-to-date comprehensive documentation, such as knowledge base articles, support runbooks, SOPs, and user guides. By converting support requirements into standardized methods, you will help achieve consistent application across AV teams, Service Desk, field teams, and business partners.
