Miratech is looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer – Platform Operations to support and optimize AWS infrastructure powering Amazon Connect and enterprise cloud platforms. This role combines AWS Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Automation, and Observability to deliver highly available, secure, and scalable cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, cloud automation, production support, and observability across enterprise environments. Responsibilities Support and enhance AWS infrastructure for Amazon Connect and related platform services. Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and automate operational tasks using Python and AWS CLI. Improve platform reliability by supporting incident response, RCA, disaster recovery, and production readiness activities. Build self-healing automation and operational runbooks to reduce manual effort. Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
