Responsibilities Sustainable Points System Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end development of a sustainable points ecosystem, define core rules (including points tasks, tiered levels, reward redemption, etc.) and formulate the total points issuance, as well as complete mechanisms for points acquisition, consumption, recycling, validity period and inflation control. Ensure stable value anchoring and controllable operational costs. Data-Driven Operations & Risk Control: Establish a full set of core metrics (covering redemption rate, inflation rate, cost expenditure, etc.) design anti-cheating and anti-abuse strategies, and guarantee the long-term stability and healthy operation of the points system. Cross-Team Collaboration & Implementation: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, business BUs, regional teams, Risk, PR, Customer Service and other stakeholders to develop benefit display and user communication guidelines. Drive the seamless integration of the points system with business activities, lower user comprehension barriers and reduce complaint risks. Qualifications 5+ Years of Professional Experience : Proven expertise in user incentive programs, membership systems or economic system design across gaming, e-commerce, fintech and other related industries.
