The CDP serves as the backbone for customer data management, enabling clients to store, structure, and utilize their data effectively. It powers key CM.com solutions like marketing software, customer service tools, and AI-driven platforms such as HALO, making it indispensable for many high-profile customers. You’ll play a vital role in evolving this platform. Your work will directly impact how businesses leverage data to create personalized, data-driven experiences.
