Banking Senior Consultant (PMO) - Contract - IT

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating various project tasks to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with end users and Head Office to create planning papers for UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals. Leading tasks related to UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals in coordination with end users and Head Office. Facilitating meetings and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders in Singapore and Japan. Adjusting project scopes and requirements as necessary. Undertaking other relevant tasks as assigned by the project manager, including documentation and information gathering. Requirements: At least 3 years of banking or consulting firm working experience. Min. 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business, encompassing e-Banking, remittance, cross border payment, etc. Comprehensive understanding of SWIFT Message types and structures (e.g., MT101, MT103, MT940) and MX format (e.g., pain001, pacs008, camt053). Familiarity with best practices for handling ISO20022 regulation changes, and the ability to find reasonable solutions tailored to specific banking corporations. Proficiency in documentation, presentation, and meeting facilitation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skill in both verbal and written in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and associates. Demonstrated facilitation skills in managing multiple stakeholders. Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process is a plus Good to have Systematic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP). About Us Catalyst Talen
