This is a leadership role for someone who has built and coached high-performing BDR teams, knows how to design outbound strategy that actually converts, and is motivated as much by developing people as by hitting pipeline numbers. You will shape how we prospect, how we message, and how we hand off, and you will do it in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
