Duties and Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration processes to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting initiatives Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation pipelines using modern data platforms including Databricks and cloud-based data services Design, implement, and maintain data models and curated data layers to support business intelligence tools such as Tableau Ingest, integrate, and manage data from multiple sources including internal systems, external vendors, APIs, and structured and unstructured data within a Data Lake architecture Support the development and maintenance of enterprise data platforms including data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics environments Collaborate with BI analysts, data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions Develop and maintain datasets and data services that enable reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvements to ensure reliability, scalability, and data quality Implement data governance, data validation, and data quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency of enterprise data Utilize internal and external AI tools to support data exploration, automation, and advanced analytics capabilities Document data architecture, data flows, standards, and processes to support maintainability, governance, and knowledge shari
