As a growing solo practice, the owner is seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and sales-oriented Bilingual Healthcare Sales & Appointment Setter to become the first point of contact for prospective patients and referral partners. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable discussing sensitive health concerns, enjoys building relationships, and can confidently convert patient inquiries into scheduled appointments. The Virtual Assistant will also support referral partner outreach, appointment coordination, and administrative tasks while helping maintain a consistent online presence through basic social media support. The client is initially hiring for a part-time position (approximately 4–5 hours per day) but is open to transitioning the role into full-time as the practice continues to grow. Responsibilities Patient Communication & Appointment Conversion Answer incoming patient calls with empathy and professionalism. Screen prospective patients and provide general information about pelvic floor therapy. Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled consultations. Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellation management. Fill last-minute cancellations to help maximize the provider's schedule. Referral Partner Outreach & Business Development Follow up with referral partners previously met by the client. Schedule networking meetings with new referral sources, including physicians and
