What You'll be Doing: Engage with Guests: Answer inbound calls in English and French while assisting guests with room and suite reservations for Accor’s luxury brands around the world, including iconic properties such as Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, The Plaza , and more • Create Memorable Experiences: Listen actively to understand each guest’s needs, recommend the ideal room or package, and confidently present premium options that enhance their stay • Use Your Creativity: As an Accor Heartist® (Heart + Artist) , bring warmth, creativity, and authenticity to every interaction by tailoring recommendations and creating meaningful guest experiences • Support Our Commitments: Represent Accor’s values in every conversation by supporting responsible, ethical, and sustainable hospitality practices What's In It for You: $21.35 per hour , including a $1.50 per hour premium for French language skill • An additional $1.00 per hour shift premium for hours worked after midnight • $300 annual wellness subsidy to support your well-being • 4 weeks of paid vacation , 13 paid statutory holidays , and fully paid training • 1 paid volunteer day each year to give back to your community • A predictable schedule with 2 consecutive days off and periodic weekends off • Remote wor
