About the Role A fast-growing, AI-powered Gen Z talent and gig marketplace is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to own brand voice, content strategy, and creator programs across both student-facing and B2B partner channels. Lead integrated cross-channel campaigns, experiential activations, and PR efforts designed to reach both students and brand partners simultaneously. Build and scale influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end — from sourcing and contracting through to ROI measurement — while cultivating long-term creator relationships. Monitor brand health metrics and analyze content performance across both audiences; iterate strategies based on data-driven insights. What We're Looking For Required: Proven experience developing and executing brand marketing strategies, including establishing and maintaining brand voice and overall content strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. End-to-end experience managing creator programs and influencer marketing campaigns (sourcing → execution → measurement). Ability to craft messaging that resonates with Gen Z student audiences while simultaneously building credibility with
