Key Responsibilities This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with travel to client sites, partner facilities, or manufacturing locations as needed for initial integrations, training, and Go-Live rollouts. Define, structure, and execute the complete operational blueprint for onboarding and deploying our brand protection product across client ecosystems. Translate complex technical innovations (e.g., serialization, track-and-trace, anti-counterfeiting tech, authentication platforms) into clear, repeatable operational processes. Identify systemic bottlenecks early and design scalable standards, playbooks, and systems that enable rapid client onboarding without sacrificing quality. Bridge internal silos by identifying and collaborating with key technical and business owners to translate multi-departmental requirements into unified execution roadmaps and go-to-market goals. Provide on-site deployment support at client sites, partner facilities, or manufacturing locations to oversee integrations, conduct training, and ensure smooth rollo
