About the Role We are looking for a Backend Developer with strong Python expertise to build and enhance scalable data-driven applications and microservices. In this role, you will work on designing and implementing robust APIs, data processing pipelines, and real-time analytics solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, cloud-native applications in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) Design and implement microservices architecture and event-driven systems Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB) Implement caching strategies and optimize application performance Develop and manage database schemas using SQLAlchemy and Alembic Implement pub/sub architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes Design and optimize data models for both relational and NoSQL databases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production systems Stay current with trends in backend development, cloud technologies, and data engineering Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field 5+ years of professional software development experience (preferred) Strong proficiency in Backend development Hands-on experience building REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or Django Practical experience with ORMs, preferably SQLAlchemy and Alemb
