What you'll do: You will directly manage and mentor a team of BSA/AML analysts responsible for a range of activities including customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, investigations, and SAR filings. You will help foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the Bank, while playing a key role in developing and maintaining processes and controls that align with the Bank’s risk tolerance, while partnering with BaaS customers to ensure their BSA/AML Programs align with the Bank’s standards. Directly manage the team responsible for manually reviewing customer onboarding applications that are not automatically approved Oversee the manual review process to ensure all necessary customer due diligence (CDD)
