The Object modelling, Financial Instr. & Feeds team in the Application Management Services is responsible to provide application maintenance and small enhancements services for the functional area and all related topics for our CH/FL SaaS clients, with particular focus on managing Static data. Your key tasks Provide application management and support for the Object modelling, Financial Instr. & Feeds topics Categorize, analyze and reproduce client issues Provide workaround for incidents Manage request of information and service requests Requirement and solution analysis of small enhancements Implementation of bug fixes and estimation and implementation of small enhancements Ensure high quality service to the customers in terms of reliable delivery and efficient communication University degree in Computer Science/Physics/Engineering/Mathematics or comparable education At least 5 years of work experience in the fintech sector Programming skills (any programming language, XML, shell scripting, etc.) Avaloq certification Knowledge of financial ins
