Business Analyst

This is a remote position. JOB SUMMARY: Genesis Consulting has an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support a project to provide Cloud-Based Data Management, Administration, Warehousing, and Analytics Support and enhance existing data analytics solutions and drive modernization and efficiency. The focus is on creating a centralized, secure, and interoperable data environment that aligns with IT modernization efforts and leverages emerging technologies. All solutions shall establish basic data conventions and standard procedures for data handling, mapping, and modeling across agencies to be implemented which will ensure quality, consistency, interoperability, and usability resulting in clean and structured data sets that are Information Technology (IT) ready and usable. It shall also clearly illustrate procedures to aggregate existing data from numerous distributed databases into a single RDBMS or similar type system that streamlines the use of data in decision-making.
