The role is to operate and maintain AFS Enterprise Applications with high availability and performance in a secured manner and is expected to provide predictable quality service in a timely fashion. The Work Typical activities include application deployment and upgrade/patching activities that usually include proper planning, design, build, and test activities; providing user support, troubleshooting and resolving systems issues independently or collaboratively with internal/external teams; providing evidence to support auditing activities; and updating existing or create new processes and procedures for improved quality and efficiency, reduced cost, and improved security; patching Windows operating systems; and so on. What you need A minimum of 5 years of IT Experience. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable and recent experience in operating at least one of these applications: IBM TM1/Plan & Analytics, Deltek BI/CER, or Deltek Costpoint. A minimum of 3 years of experience in deploying on-premises applications Proven experience in technical writing and coaching capability Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Proven ability to identify potential areas of improvement
