We have a brilliant opportunity for a skilled mid-level Business Application Software Engineer to join our global Credit Core Team as part of our Edinburgh office. As a Software Engineer in the Credit Core team, you'll innovate and maintain our Core Product and ABR/S baseline in the area of Credit. You'll collaborate with our Tech Lead, Business Analysts and other Software Engineers to deliver client-oriented and effective solutions. Furthermore you'll exchange with stakeholders outside of the team including customers and software partners. Implementing new business functionality on the appropriate software layer and add automated tests. Overseeing component ownership for core banking components, as well as ABR/S software components. Working as part of a skilled team in an Agile environment to maintain the functionality within the team’s area of expertise.
