The Work The Business Architect will analyze current business workflows, identify opportunities for optimization, and lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives that align processes with organizational strategy. This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, designing Pega‑based business architecture solutions, facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions, and partnering with technical teams to ensure alignment between business and technical objectives. The Business Architect also supports change management activities and guides teams through process transitions. Key Responsibilities Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement Lead business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives to align workflows with organizational goals Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs Design and support Pega‑based business architecture solutions Facilitate workshops, interviews, and cross‑functional working sessions Develop business cases and recommendations for proposed enhancements Partner with t
