Business Architect III
The Business Architect orchestrates the definition and maintenance of our current and target customer and internal user experience across the end-to-end journey. They partner closely with IT architects, product managers/owners within our Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and internal business stakeholders to co-design optimal processes, procedures, and systems that achieve our CX/UX goals They function as a neutral coordinator and facilitator—ensuring all parties have a voice, driving agreement on tradeoffs and decisions—and contributes deep business architecture expertise to shape transformative, practical, scalable solutions. This role is part of a newly formed Business Architect team established to help simplify and connect work end-to-end and ensure business and technology stay aligned to support the desired customer experience. The team will collaborate closely with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) while operating as a separate, off-ART function. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) Business Architect IV: $130,000 - $140,000, plus annual bonus opportunity 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. WHAT YOU’LL DO Define and align the end-to-end experience by orchestrating the definition and maintenance of a holistic future-state vision for customer and internal user experiences across Workplace Solutions. Design and connect business processes by modeling and optimizing high-level processes and workflows to support a seamless, integrated experience. Drive alignment across teams and initiatives by serving as a connector across business, product, and technology functions so work remains cohesive, well-defined, and aligned to the long-term vision. Facilitate collaboration and
