The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis and project management skills, with the ability to evaluate current processes, analyze business needs, work with cross-functional teams, and translate business objectives into actionable plans. This role also requires the ability to analyze, visualize, and automate data processes and effectively communicate project status and recommendations to stakeholders. Support company-wide system implementation and business process improvement projects by evaluating current work processes and executing improvement strategies. Analyze, visualize, and automate data and business processes, working independently or in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Evaluate business needs and perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project proposals, recommendations, and evaluation results. Lead business requirements gathering and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Develop and maintain processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, milestones, and action items. Manage relationships, requirements, and expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. Lead project team meetings and communicate project status, progress, risks, issues, and next steps. Support cross-functional initiatives involving business operations, systems, data analysis, and process improvement. Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and other business materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for internal and external audiences.
