About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of client solutions within the CounselLink legal operations platform. In this client-facing role, you will partner with corporate legal departments to understand complex business requirements and configure solutions across Legal e-Billing, Matter Management, Claims Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, and AI-enabled workflows. You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through deployment, training, and post-launch support. This position requires strong consulting, stakeholder management, project implementation, and problem-solving skills. Periodic travel may be required to support client engagements, team meetings, and industry events. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end client implementations within the CounselLink platform.
