This is a remote position. This position serves as both the operational voice within user channels and the primary engine driving new lead generation. The role focuses on building active developer relationships, driving subscription adoption, and qualifying prospective studios for enterprise-level engagements. Operating across online gaming communities, social channels, and industry events, the position ensures continuous user interaction while converting user engagement into measurable business outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborating with strategic advisors, the role maintains an integrated loop between community activity and pipeline progression. Working to a structured weekly operating rhythm, this position operates with end-to-end ownership over community health, lead qualification, and content scheduling. Key Responsibilities Establish, structure, and maintain the Discord community, including welcome flows, moderation rules, automated tools, and weekly engagement routines. Personally onboard trial and VIP users while ensuring community showcase posts receive responses within 24 hours. Represent the organisation at digital and in-person gaming events to build relationships with developers and technical artists. Produce supporting engagement content, including short video tutorials, quickstart clips, prompt resources, and community showcase highlights. Author and schedule weekly LinkedIn content, including launch follow-ups, member spotlights, product demonstrations, and event invitations. Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing output of videos and public posts. Convert community engagement into public proof points, including case studies, user testimonials, and feedback loops. Prospect, qualify, and convert users to monthly subscriptions across community and LinkedIn channels. Identify white-glove and studio-scale opportunities, booking qualified meetings for enterprise license discussions.
