Job Overview We're building our IB and affiliate partnerships function across the CIS and international markets from the ground up - the product, license, platform, and support are already in place; the processes and playbook are not. You won't be plugging into an existing machine and repeating someone else's script - you'll be setting the standard the team follows a year from now. Main Responsibilities Source partners through LinkedIn, Telegram, industry communities, conferences, financial bloggers, local consultants, and training centers — across the CIS and among international English-speaking partners. Negotiate partnership terms through to a signed agreement. Support each partner through to their first result — the point where their clients start trading.
