The Opportunity As Root continues to scale its Independent Agent channel, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This leader will be responsible for driving agency acquisition through their team, optimizing agency onboarding processes, and elevating the engagement of Root’s agency base. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, coaching talent, and partnering cross-functionally to accelerate growth in the agency channel. Salary Range : $104,900 - $131,200 (Eligible for Competitive Bonus & Equity Offering) Root is a “work where it works best” company.
