A dedicated Sales & Leasing Agent takes it from there and closes. You focus on volume and velocity — not paperwork, not walkthroughs, not chasing signatures. What You'll Actually Do Make listings irresistible Partner with on-site teams to get current photos, then edit and write copy that makes prospects stop scrolling. You're the reason a listing gets clicked. Own the top of the funnel Post daily across Facebook Marketplace and every assigned ILS platform. Run community-specific campaigns. Answer inbound questions fast enough that prospects don't drift to a competitor. Set the table for the close Qualify leads, confirm real interest, and hand off appointments to the Sales & Leasing Agent with everything they need to walk in prepared and walk out with a
