The Role We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support the growth of our Telecommunications business, with a specific focus on ConnectMaster. Reporting to the Director of Global Business Development, you will work closely with Account Managers and Marketing to identify, qualify, and progress new sales opportunities with telecommunications operators. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and product, and is well suited to someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, structured follow-up, and developing a strong understanding of a technical product and its value. You will support inbound leads from campaigns, events, and webinars, while also driving proactive outbound outreach to net-new telecom prospects. Key Responsibilities Support sales and marketing initiatives for ConnectMaster, including campaigns, webinars, and events. Follow up on inbound leads in a timely and structured manner. Proactively identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels. Research target telecom operators, service providers, and relevant decision makers.
